125g sugar
125g ground almonds
¼ tsp almond extract
blanched almonds
- Line baking tray with parchment
- Whisk egg whites until stiff
- Whisk in sugar
- Stir in almonds and extract
- Put teaspoons full on tray
- Press in almond
- Bake 180, GM4 12 – 15 mins
