600g braising steak
25g flour, seasoned
salt, pepper
30g butter
1 onion, chopped
330ml ale
2 tsp sugar
2 tbsp tomato puree
400 ml stock
1 tsp soy sauce
- Flour meat, fry in ½ the butter
- Add to casserole
- Fry onions in remaining butter
- Add all ingredients to casserole
- Bake 150, GM3 for 2 hours
