Guacamole



3 ripe avocados
juice of 1 lime
coriander leaves
1 red chilli, deseeded






  1. Halve avocados, stone and peel.
  2. Scoop into a bowl with lime juice.
  3. Finely chop the chilli, add
  4. Mash with a fork until smooth.
  5. Stir in the coriander and season
