3 ripe avocados
juice of 1 lime
coriander leaves
1 red chilli, deseeded
- Halve avocados, stone and peel.
- Scoop into a bowl with lime juice.
- Finely chop the chilli, add
- Mash with a fork until smooth.
- Stir in the coriander and season
