700g pork, diced
1 tbsp olive oil
2 onions, chopped
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 tbsp plain flour
1 tbsp paprika
1 tin tomatoes
1 red pepper
5fl oz sour cream
salt, pepper, parsley
- Brown the meat in the oil
- Add onions and garlic
- Fry for 5 mins
- Sprinkle in the flour and paprika
- Add tomatoes and pepper
- Season
- Transfer to a casserole dish
- Bake 140, GM1 for 2 hours
- Top with cream and parsley
