1 large cauliflower
40g butter
40g plain flour
1 pint milk
25g cheddar, grated
25g parmesan
pinch cayenne pepper
pinch nutmeg
salt, pepper
- Boil cauliflower for 15 mins
- Melt butter
- Add flour to form a ball
- Add milk slowly
- Heat gently until sauce thickens
- Season
- Pour over cauliflower
- Top with parmesan
- Bake 180, GM4 30 mins
