200g dried fruit
200g walnuts
500g plain wholemeal flour
10g salt
4 tsp baking powder
150ml apple juice
150ml water
- Crush ½ the walnuts to a powder
- Combine flour, salt, baking powder and walnuts in a bowl
- Add fruit, apple juice and water
- Mix to make a dough
- Divide dough into 2 rounds
- Cut a deep cross in each
- Bake 200, GM6 for 20 mins
