1 pastry case
110g butter
110g Golden syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
225g brown sugar
3 eggs,beaten
285g pecan nuts, halved
- Pre heat oven to 180, GM4
- Melt butter, syrup, vanilla and sugar
- Cool for 5 – 10 mins
- Add eggs and stir well
- Arrange nuts in the pastry case
- Pour over the syrup mixture
- Bake for 40 – 50 mins
